Sehun is the fifth member introduced by SM Entertainment to the public for this EXO group on January 10, 2012. His real name is Oh Se Hun, born on April 12, 1994 in Seoul, South Korea. In the EXO group, Sehun occupies the position of rapper and vocalist. Similar to Kai, Sehun also graduated from the Seoul School of Performing Arts (SOPA) in 2013.
Unlike the other members, Sehun was actually "discovered" by an SM Entertainment casting agent. At that time, Sehun was 12 years old and was having lunch with his friends and he was approached by the casting agent until he finally joined the agency through the S.M. Casting System in 2008. Sehun has repeatedly expanded his abilities in acting, let's say his most recent drama is Now, We Are Breaking Up which also stars Song Hye Kyo. Not only that, Sehun also joined as a member for a variety show titled Busted! with Yoo Jae Suk and others.
Sehun and Kai have also been guest stars for the Running Man variety show episode 209. In 2019, Sehun was lined up as a sub unit of EXO with Chanyeol, namely EXO-SC.
