Kris was the eleventh member introduced by SM Entertainment to the public for the group formation of EXO, on February 17, 2012. His real name is Wu Yi Fan, born on November 6, 1990 in Guangzhou, China. In the EXO group, Kris has a position as a vocalist. Before his debut, Kris, who was 18 years old at the time, participated in SM Entertainment's global audition held in Canada and he passed to become a trainee.
Kris became the first EXO member to leave the group in 2014. After that, he was active as a soloist and actor in China. As a popular star, Kris has won various awards as Best Newcomer. Not only that, Kris also participated in the 2016 NBA All-Star Game with Justin Bieber. Kris took part in Lil Dicky's Music Video titled "Earth" to celebrate Earth Day, which featured more than 30 singers.
Unfortunately, in March 2022, Kris was accused of being a sexual abuser, most of whom were underage teenagers. Kris is currently incarcerated and faces up to 10 years in prison for the allegations.
